## 🗒️ Add a Note to One Combo Item

Choose whether a note applies to the whole combo or to one item inside it.

### 📝 Steps

1. Select a combo line whose sub-items are already chosen, then tap **Note**.
2. Pick **All Items** to note the whole combo, or one of the **Single Item** buttons to note just that combo item.
