Required Modifier Groups

⚙️ Required Modifier Groups

Force a modifier selection before adding to order. There is no Required toggle — use the group's Minimum Order to make a choice mandatory.

📝 Steps

1. Go to Management → Product → Item
2. Open the product that has the modifier group
3. Edit the modifier group whose selection should be required
4. Set Minimum Order to at least 1 (this forces a required choice)
5. Set Maximum Order to the number of allowed selections
6. Tap the green Done check to save

💡 Tip: Minimum Order ≥ 1 makes the group required. A popup appears automatically when the product is tapped.
