🗒️ Add a Note to One Combo Item

Choose whether a note applies to the whole combo or to one item inside it.

📝 Steps

1. Select a combo line whose sub-items are already chosen, then tap Note.
2. Pick All Items to note the whole combo, or one of the Single Item buttons to note just that combo item.
