🏬 Switch Business or Outlet

Move between the businesses and outlets on your account without signing out.

📝 Steps

  1. If you use XPOS in a desktop or mobile browser, tap your business name at the top of the sidebar to open Select Merchant.
  2. Tap the outlet you want to switch to. XPOS clears local data and reloads the app on that outlet's own address, registering this device again when it lands.
  3. Right after you sign in, you land on Select Your Business instead; under Existing Outlet Select, tap an outlet and confirm Confirm the selection of the current outlet?.

💡 Tip: Select Merchant and Select Your Business list the same outlets on your account, so either screen works. You can also reach your personal account settings from Select Your Business; see Update Your Account Profile.
