Member Points: Earning & Redemption
β Member Points: Earning & Redemption Manage your loyalty program with automatic point earning and product-based redemption. π Earning Points - Automatic: every paid order earns points based on your outlet's Reward Point Rate (e.g. 1.0 = 1 point per dollar spent) - Bonus: any product with an Add Point value awards that many extra points whenever it is purchased β see Product Loyalty, Credit & Exemption Settings - Configure the rate in SETTINGS β General Settings β Loyalty Program - Members see Earned Points and Rewarded Points on the receipt after each transaction π Redeeming Points & Balance There is no Top-up or Use Points control at checkout. Points and stored balance only move through specific products: - To redeem points, add a product configured with a Minus Point value to the order; checkout is blocked with "Customer has insufficient points for this order" if the member does not have enough - To top up a member's stored balance, sell a product configured with Add Credit β see Sell a Top-up Product - To pay with a member's stored balance, use the Balance payment method in the Pay panel β see Pay with Member Stored Credit π‘ Tip: Reward Point Rate and Reward Credit Rate are both set together in SETTINGS β General Settings β Loyalty Program. π¬ Video Guides - βΆοΈ Member Points - βΆοΈ Top-up & Redeem

Use the CRM Screen
π Use the CRM Screen Find a member, read their profile (balance, points, visits), and review POSX transactions tagged This Shop or Other Shop. π Steps 1. Open CRM in the left sidebar. The left column is the member list; the right pane is empty until you select someone. 2. Type in the search box (Phone Number , Customer Name, etc..). Matching cards appear; no match shows Not Found. Use the up / down arrows to page (10 members per page). 3. Each card shows Name, Email, and Phone. Tap a card to select it (purple border). Tap the same card again to deselect. 4. On the right, the Profile tab opens under Information. Review Portrait, Name, Phone Number, Email, Birthday, Address, Balance, Points, Visit Times, Total Spending, ID, and Registration Date. 5. Switch to the Transaction tab. Columns are Shop, ReceiptNo, Total, Tags, Datetime, plus Action. 6. Shop is This Shop (this store) or Other Shop (another store on the same CRM account). Tags can show Void, + credit, - credit, + point, or - point. Voided rows have a strike-through. 7. On a This Shop row, tap the printer icon to reprint the receipt, or the eye icon to open View Receipt. Both actions stay disabled on Other Shop. Scroll the list to load more; an empty history shows No Data. π‘ Tip: View and reprint only work for This Shop rows β the receipt must exist on this POS. Other tabs on the member (Note, Coupon) are for editing notes or listing coupons; do not rely on Purchase for history. π¬ Video Guide Watch Demo Video

The role also needs the CRM route to see the sidebar. π‘ Tip: Phone stays unique and read-only on edit β you cannot βfixβ a duplicate by changing the number later. Pay with Member Stored Credit
π³ Pay with Member Stored Credit Use a memberβs stored credit at checkout β full or partial β and see the deduction on the receipt. π Steps 1. On POS, open the table and attach a member (customer icon at the top of the order). Balance only appears after a member is on the order. 2. Ring the items, then tap Pay. 3. If the member has unused coupons, the Coupon dialog opens first. Close or apply it β the Balance dialog then opens automatically when the member has stored credit. 4. Review Customer Balance, Amount Due, and Balance Use. The amount defaults to the smaller of the two (you cannot use more than the member has, or more than is due). 5. Leave the default for a full deduction, or type a smaller amount on the keypad for a partial payment. Tap Confirm. 6. Settle any remaining Amount Due with another payment method. The receipt shows Deducted Credit and the updated Credit Balance. π‘ Tip: On a top-up order (a product with Add Credit), the Balance dialog does not auto-open β do not take stored credit to pay for a top-up. If Disable Member Price on Credit Payment is on under SETTINGS β Loyalty Program, opening Balance reverts member prices to the original price; if you close without confirming a credit amount, member pricing is restored. π¬ Video Guide Watch Demo Video

In MANAGEMENT β Product, tap + to Create New Item, or open an existing item (Edit Item). 2. Set Add Credit to the stored-credit amount this product should add (for example 50 for a $50 top-up). If no member is selected, checkout is blocked: Order contains credit/point items, please select a customer first. 5. Take payment for the top-up with cash, card, or another tender. Coupon and Balance do not auto-open on a top-up order. 6. Check the receipt: Top Up shows the credit added, and Credit Balance is the memberβs new stored-credit total. π‘ Tip: Add Credit is the amount loaded onto the member, which can differ from the product Price (the amount you charge). Always attach the member before Pay β otherwise the credit has nowhere to go. π¬ Video Guide Watch Demo Video
Apply Member Price Tiers on the POS
π·οΈ Apply Member Price Tiers on the POS Switch an order to member pricing when you attach a member β or let the POS apply it silently β and revert when you remove the member. π Steps 1. In SETTINGS β Loyalty Program, turn on Enable Price Tiers. (See Loyalty Program Configuration for the other loyalty toggles.) 2. In MANAGEMENT β Product, open the item and tap Pricings Tier. Tap Confirm to rewrite line prices that have a member_price tier. Tap Cancel to keep the current prices. 5. To skip the prompt next time, turn on Auto Apply Member Price in SETTINGS β Loyalty Program. Member prices then apply as soon as you attach a member. 6. Remove the member (deselect in the Customer list) to restore the original prices. Only items that actually have a member-price tier change; others stay on their listed price. π‘ Tip: If the tableβs Price Tier is set, that table tier is used instead of the default member price when you attach a member. Combo child lines are not repriced. If Disable Member Price on Credit Payment is on, paying with Balance reverts member prices for that checkout. π¬ Video Guide Watch Demo Video
