🗒️ Use Quick Notes and Choose Which Combo Item a Note Applies To
Reuse saved remark chips for order lines, whole orders and void reasons, and pick which combo item a note lands on.
📝 Use a quick note
- Open Note from a line's Functions, from Function → Note for the whole order, or from Bulk Operation → Note for several lines at once.
- Tap a chip below the text box to insert it — tap more than one to append them with a space. Anything you type instead is saved as a new chip for next time (split on commas or semicolons).
- Tap the trash icon in the header to clear the note in one tap.
📝 Organize your chips
- Press and hold the chip area for about three seconds to enter edit mode.
- Drag a chip to reorder it, tap it to rename it, or tap its red − to delete it.
- Tap + to add a tag (up to 8 shown); tap a tag to filter the chips below it. Tap outside the panel to leave edit mode.
📝 Choose the note target on a combo
- Select a combo line whose sub-items are already chosen, then tap Note.
- Pick All Items to note the whole combo, or one of the Single Item buttons to note just that combo item.
💡 Tip: Order-line notes, whole-order notes and void reasons each keep their own separate, reusable chip list — only order-line and whole-order notes support tags.
