📊 Adjust Stock After a Count

Correct a product's stock to the real count after a physical stocktake.

📝 Steps

  1. Open MANAGEMENT → Inventory and use the search box or category filter to find the product.
  2. Tap More on the product row, then Stock Adjust inside Inventory Functions. This needs the Stock Adjust permission.
  3. The dialog shows System Stock; type the Actual Count you counted. The app computes the Adjustment for you.
  4. Tap Confirm to save. You cannot confirm without changing the count.
