📊 Analytics Dashboard Overview

Use ANALYTICS to read this outlet’s sales, discounts, operations, and (if CRM is bound) membership on one screen — each card has its own date range.

📝 Steps

  1. Open the sidebar ANALYTICS. The page title is Analytics.
  2. Use the View pills to show only the cards you need: All, Sales, Membership, Discounts, Operations. Each pill shows how many cards are in that group.
  3. Set the date on each card (this is not a page-wide filter). Choose Current Shift, Today, Weekly, Monthly, or Custom Range.
    • Current Shift appears only while a shift is open.
    • Custom Range asks for start and end date plus time (Start Time / End Time).
  4. Read the Sales cards:
    • Settlement — Gross Sales, plus Top-ups Revenue, minus Top-ups Redemption, equals Net Sales.
    • Transactions — Turnover, Total Transactions, then Dine In / Take Away / Delivery.
    • Payment Method — amount and txn count by tender.
    • Top Selling Items and Top Selling Category — ranked quantity and revenue (uncategorized items show as Uncategorized).
    • Monthly Sales — pick a month from the last 12 months to see daily revenue bars. This card uses a month list, not the Today / Weekly dropdown.
  5. Check Operations and Discounts when you need exceptions or promotions:
    • Unpaid — Total Unpaid plus Dine In / Take Away / Delivery.
    • Cash Management — Total Cash In Drawer, Pay In, Pay Out (with counts).
    • Order Voided — Total Voided Amount, Order Voided Count, Item Voided Count, and Top Voided Items.
    • Discount Overview — Total Discount Amount, Orders, Discount Rate.
    • Top Discounts — named discounts by amount and order count.
  6. If CRM is bound, open the Membership pill for Member Growth, Top-up & Redemption (note Including gift), Points Redemption (Earned vs Redeemed), and Top Members (ranked spend; this card also has All Time). If CRM is not bound, the Membership pill and those four cards are hidden.

💡 Tip: Analytics is on-screen only — there is no print, PDF, Excel, or email on this page. Export named reports from REPORTING (web) instead. Today, Weekly, and Monthly follow SETTINGS → General Settings → Report → Day Boundary Offset, not calendar midnight. Several cards also show a % change versus the previous period.
