Managing Inventory Levels & Availability
📦 Managing Inventory Levels & Availability Control product availability on the POS and keep stock counts accurate. 🔴 Mark Sold Out & Restock Mark Sold Out: 1. Go to MANAGEMENT → Inventory 2. Find the product 3. Turn on the Sold Out toggle 4. The item is hidden from POS and online ordering Restock: 1. Turn off the Sold Out toggle 2. Optionally update the stock count 3. The item becomes available again 💡 Tip: Sold-out items still appear in Management for tracking. ➕ Add Stock Use this when new stock arrives — it only adds to the count, it does not correct it. 1. On the product row, tap +Stock (or More → Inventory Functions → Add Stock) 2. The dialog shows Current Stock; enter the quantity to Add Stock To 3. Confirm — the quantity is added on top of the current stock 📊 Stock Adjustment Use after a physical count, not for receiving new stock: 1. On the product row, tap More → Inventory Functions → Stock Adjust (requires the Stock Adjust function permission, set in Role Management) 2. The dialog shows System Stock; type the Actual Count you counted — Adjustment is calculated for you automatically 3. Add an Adjustment Reason (optional), or tap the split icon to break the difference across several reasons (ADJUSTMENT SPLIT) 4. Bulk Operations
📊 Bulk Operations Bulk actions edit product fields or delete products. Bulk sold out / restock is not available. 📝 Steps 1. Go to Management → Product → Item 2. Tick the checkboxes on multiple products 3. Tap Bulk 4. Enable the fields you want to change (e.g. category, printers, discountable, delisted) 5. Apply changes, or choose Delete to remove selected products Sold out / restock (per product) 1. Go to Management → Inventory 2. Toggle each product/modifier to Sold Out or Available 💡 Tip: There is no multi-select “sold out / restock / move category” bulk action on Products. Manage Modifier Inventory
🧂 Manage Modifier Inventory Track topping and option stock on the Modifier tab. Rows with the same SKU share one stock pool — restock and sold-out apply to every copy. 📝 Steps 1. Open MANAGEMENT → Inventory. 2. Tap Modifier (next to Product). Search with Item Name ..etc — name or SKU. 3. Each row shows Thumbnail, Name, SKU, Price, and combined Stock. Options that share a SKU appear as one row; without a SKU, each option is its own row. 4. To restock, tap +Stock. The Add Stock dialog shows Current Stock. Enter the quantity under Add Stock To and tap Confirm. That quantity is split across every copy in the row. 5. To stop selling, turn the SoldOut switch on. Every copy in the group is marked sold out and Stock is set to 0. 6. To sell again, turn SoldOut off. The group is restocked by distributing 10000 across the copies (not a small refill). Use +Stock when you only want to add a counted amount. 💡 Tip: Put the same SKU on the same topping used on several products so one +Stock or SoldOut covers them all. The number in Stock is the total of every copy. Combo products are not listed on this tab — use Product for item-level sold out and adjust. Adjust Stock, Split an Adjustment and Read Stock History
📊 Adjust Stock, Split an Adjustment and Read Stock History Recount a product's real stock, split the difference across several reasons, and see who changed stock and when. 📝 Adjust stock 1. Open MANAGEMENT → Inventory and use the search box or category filter to find the product. 2. Tap More on the product row, then Stock Adjust inside Inventory Functions. This needs the Stock Adjust permission. 3. The dialog shows System Stock; type the Actual Count you counted. The app computes the Adjustment for you. 4. Tap Confirm to save. You cannot confirm without changing the count. 📝 Split the adjustment 1. Once the adjustment is more than 1 unit away from zero, tap the split icon next to Adjustment. 2. The difference splits into two ADJUSTMENT SPLIT lines; use + / - to move quantity between lines, tap the icon again to add more lines, and give each an optional reason. 3. Tap Confirm to save all lines as separate stock records. 📝 Add stock or read history 1. Tap +Stock on the row (or Add Stock inside Inventory Functions) to top up stock without a full recount. 2. Tap Stock History (needs the Stock History permission) to see every change with Date / Time, Action, Change / Stock, Reason and User. 💡 Tip: Marking a product Sold Out or Available from the same Inventory Functions menu also writes a stock history entry automatically.
