Manage Bookings

๐Ÿ“… Manage Bookings Open the BOOKING calendar, create a booking through Customer โ†’ Service โ†’ Time โ†’ Confirm, and cancel one when plans change. ๐Ÿ“ Steps 1. Open BOOKING in the sidebar. If you do not see it, the appointment module is not enabled for this store (see Booking Setup). 2. Switch Day, Week, or Month. Use the arrows to move the period. Tap Select Detail to filter by staff (Select Staff); cancelled bookings stay off the calendar. 3. Tap New, or tap an empty time slot. The right panel opens New Booking. (The empty panel reads: Select a time slot to create a new booking, or click an existing appointment to view details.) 4. Customer โ€” tap Customer and pick a registered member. You cannot go Next until a member is selected. If CRM is not connected, complete the bind dialog first. 5. Service โ€” tap a service card to select it, tap + to add quantity, or tap Add service to create one (name, duration, price). Tap Next. 6. Time โ€” pick the date and a 30-minute Start time. Drag Duration if you need longer than the service total. Slots show count/limit when a slot limit is set; a full slot is disabled (This slot is fullโ€ฆ). 7. Confirm โ€” review Staff, Customer, Service, Date, Time, and Total. Tap Complete Booking. New bookings are saved as Confirmed. 8. Tap an existing booking to open Booking Details. Use Change Booking to re-enter the wizard (Save changes), or Cancel Booking. Open Cancelled List in the header to review cancelled appointments (they no longer appear on the calendar). ๐Ÿ’ก Tip: With Simplified Booking Mode on, the Service step is skipped, duration is locked at 60 minutes, only the start time is shown, and slot limits are ignored. Bookings need a registered CRM member โ€” there is no walk-in name-only path in the wizard. ๐ŸŽฌ Video Guide Watch Demo Video

Check Out a Booking to POS

๐Ÿงพ Check Out a Booking to POS Send a booking to a POS order โ€” on a virtual table named after the customer, or on a real table โ€” and take payment. ๐Ÿ“ Steps 1. In BOOKING, tap the appointment to open Booking Details. Status must not be Cancelled. 2. Tap Checkout. If the booking is already In Service, the button reads Go to Table. If it is Completed, it reads View Order and opens MANAGEMENT โ†’ Invoices for that receipt. 3. If the booking is already bound to a table, POS opens that table directly. 4. If Use Real Table for Booking is on, a Select Table dialog lists empty tables. Pick one to open it with this booking. 5. Otherwise the POS opens a virtual table named after the customer (or Booking if the name is empty). The member from the booking is already on the order. 6. Add any extra items, then tap Pay and take payment. Completing payment marks the booking Completed. If you tap Send first (kitchen), the booking becomes In Service until it is paid โ€” the details button then reads Go to Table. ๐Ÿ’ก Tip: The virtual table is not a floor table โ€” it exists only for this checkout. Turn on Use Real Table for Booking in Booking Setup if you need kitchen routing or a real table number. Voiding the POS invoice can prompt Cancel the appointment? โ€” confirm only if you also want the booking cancelled. ๐ŸŽฌ Video Guide Watch Demo Video
