🖥️ Control Center: Check Device, Printer and Network Status

Open Control Center to check every printer, every registered device and your app version at a glance, plus network health from the sidebar.

📝 Steps

  1. In the left sidebar, tap the Device List icon (installed app only, not the web version) to open Control Center.
  2. At the top, System Current shows your version, followed by Upgrade Available or No Upgrade Available; tap Upgrade Now if one is offered.
  3. The Printer row shows a tile per configured printer, in the color for its online or offline status.
  4. The Device row shows a tile per registered device, labelled Main Device or Sub Device; your current device carries a small badge icon.
  5. Tap Refresh In (Ns) to reload at once — it also refreshes on its own every 5 seconds while Control Center is open.

📝 Check network status

  1. Tap the network icon at the bottom of the sidebar (installed app only) for Offline, Poor Network, Moderate Network or Healthy Network, plus Latency and Bandwidth when you're online.
  2. The app version also shows on the Login screen as Version {number}.

💡 Tip: A Poor Network alert pops up on its own. Dismiss it and it stays quiet for 24 hours, even if the network is still poor.
