🔢 Set a Custom Order / Call Number

Give the ticket a 3-digit call number so the receipt and pickup screen show the number guests hear.

📝 Steps

1. In POS, open the table
2. If this table has Custom Order Number on, the keypad may open by itself
3. Otherwise tap Function → Custom Order No.
4. Type exactly 3 digits on the keypad. A table Call Number Prefix (for example A) appears in front as A-
5. Tap Confirm
6. If you enter fewer or more than 3 digits, you see Order number must be 3 digits

💡 Tip: Only the 3 digits are typed here. The prefix is set on the table, not in this keypad. The number is stored on the ticket and prints with the order.
