⭐ Member Balance Lookup

Follow these steps — it only takes a minute.

📝 Steps

1. Open CRM from the main menu (not “Members”)
2. Search by phone or customer name
3. Open the profile to view Balance and Points
4. Use the Transaction tab for history

💡 Tip: You can also search from the order Contacts → Customer dialog. There is no separate HYY partner module in the app.
