📋 Select Several Order Lines and Act on Them at Once
Tick the checkbox on two or more order lines to open Bulk Operation and delete, transfer, note or take away them all at once.
📝 Steps
- On the order panel, tick the checkbox on a line, then tick a second line's checkbox. POS switches to the Bulk Operation panel automatically.
- Under Functions, tap Delete All to remove every selected line, or Unselect All to leave the panel without changing anything.
- Tap Transfer to move the selected lines to another table, or Note to write one remark that overwrites the note on every selected line.
- Tap the takeaway icon to mark all selected lines Takeaway. If any of them is already takeaway, the same button switches to Cancel Takeaway for the whole selection instead.
💡 Tip: Deleting every line on a sent order asks "All items have been deleted. Do you want to void this order?" first; on an order that hasn't been sent yet, the lines are simply removed with no prompt. This is a different feature from the product list's Bulk button (MANAGEMENT → Product → Item), which edits product fields, not order lines.
