🔗 Connect WYO CRM

Bind this store to your WYO CRM account with Account ID and API Key so CRM, member search on POS, and booking customer pick can load members.

📝 Steps

  1. Open CRM in the left sidebar. On first use (no account bound yet), the CRM Integration dialog opens and stays until you finish or dismiss it.
  2. Scan the QR under Scan QR to Sign Up, or tap Click to Sign Up, to create a WYO CRM account in the browser.
  3. When you already have an account, tap I have an account,Next step.
  4. After logging in to WYO CRM, open that site’s Settings and select Integration. Copy the Account ID and API Key shown there (this is not XPOS SETTINGS).
  5. Paste them into Account ID and API Key on the POS dialog.
  6. Tap Confirm Integration. A valid pair closes the dialog and loads the member list.

💡 Tip: Wrong credentials show Invalid Account ID or API Key. The same dialog also appears if you tap the POS ticket contacts icon or pick a booking customer before the store is bound.
