Import & Export Products and Categories (CSV)
π€ Import & Export Products and Categories (CSV) Download your catalog as a CSV, edit it, then import it back β the same Import/Export dialog works from either the Item or Category toolbar. π Steps 1. Open MANAGEMENT β Product, then tap Item or Category. 2. Tap the Import/Export icon in the toolbar (two arrows). The Import/Export dialog opens with Import on the left and Export on the right. 3. To export, tap Download. The app saves products_export_YYYY-MM-DD.csv to your device and shows how many categories and products were exported. 4. Open the CSV in a spreadsheet. Keep the Type column as exported. Use Code for categories and PLU for products β those are the match keys on the next import. 5. To import, tap Upload or drag and drop a .csv file (max. 50MB). Only CSV is accepted. 6. Check the file name, then tap Import. Wait until Importing... finishes. 7. Read the result: success lists how many categories and products were imported; a partial result also shows how many items failed; a full failure asks you to check the CSV and try again. 8. Close the dialog and scan Category and Item to confirm names, prices, and groupings. π‘ Tip: Import updates an existing category when Code matches, and an existing product when PLU plus that categoryβs Code both match. A new Code or PLU creates a new record. Export fills in any missing category Code or product PLU so the next import can match. Opening the dialog from Item or Category exports and imports the whole catalog, not just the tab you are on. Combos import after regular products so their items can be linked β keep those products in the same file. π¬ Video Guide Watch Demo Video

Set Online Order Dining Expiry (minutes) β how long the online-order dining session stays active. 6. Under Category (Multiple Select), tick the categories this menu should show, then tap the green check to save. 7. Use Select Menu to switch menus. Tap the pencil to edit the current menu (same Add Menu dialog). Drag the handle on a row to change category order inside the menu. 8. To drop a category from this menu only, tap the red trash on that row and Confirm (βAre you sure you want to delete this item?β). To remove the whole menu, open it with the pencil and tap red Delete at the bottom. π‘ Tip: Leave Online Order QR Code Expiry (minutes) at 0 to use the global online-order QR expiry in SETTINGS. Removing a category from a menu does not delete the category or its products. Deleting the menu itself has no extra confirm step β check Select Menu before you tap Delete. π¬ Video Guide Watch Demo Video
Product Behavior Flags
ποΈ Product Behavior Flags Set how each item prices, discounts, prints, and appears on POS, QR, and kitchen screens β without changing the base name or price. π Steps 1. Open MANAGEMENT β Product β Item. 2. Tap the itemβs edit (pencil) button to open Edit Item. For a new item, tap + to open Create New Item. 3. Set price and discount behaviour: - Price Adjustable β cashiers can change the selling price on POS. - Open Price Editor β selecting the item immediately opens the price editor (weight items open the weight editor). - Discountable β the item can take a line discount. Leave it off to block discounts on this item. - Discount Non-Stackable β if the item already has a line discount, it is excluded from the order-level discount. 4. Set editor and stock behaviour: - Open Editor Panel β selecting the item on POS opens the editor panel (modifiers, qty, notes). - Auto Reset Sold Out β when a shift opens, the item is restored to available and its stock is refilled. 5. Set print, remark, and visibility: - Print on Receipt β print this item on the customer receipt. - Disable Remark β hide remark input for this item. - Internal Product β show the item on POS only (hidden from online / QR menus). - Delisted β hide the item from display. - Hide KDS Status on Order List β on the POS order list this item shows quantity only, with no KDS status badge. 6. Set quantity and auto-add rules: - Minimum Order Quantity β minimum qty on scan-to-order only; 0 means no limit. POS is not affected. - Auto Add (Packing) β added once when a takeout order receives its first item (packing / takeaway fee). - Link to Pax β quantity tracks guest count (for example a seat fee). Use Type Service for a per-guest charge. 7. Tap the green check to save. To apply several of these flags to many items at once, select them on the Item list and open Bulk β Price Adjustable, Discountable, Discount Non-Stackable, Open Editor Panel, Auto Reset Sold Out, Disable Remark, Internal Product, and Delisted are available there. π‘ Tip: Auto Reset Sold Out refills stock when a shift opens β it is not the same as the inventory βsold out today onlyβ setting. Minimum Order Quantity never applies on POS, only on scan-to-order. π¬ Video Guide Watch Demo Video

Minus Point also fails if the member does not have enough points. Store-wide reward rates stay in SETTINGS β Loyalty Program. π¬ Video Guide Watch Demo Video
Set Product Pricing Tiers
π² Set Product Pricing Tiers Give one item extra prices (for example a member price) so POS can switch the amount when a matching lookup key is applied. π Steps 1. In SETTINGS β General Settings β Loyalty Program, turn on Enable Price Tiers. Without this switch, extra prices are not applied on POS. 2. Open MANAGEMENT β Product β Item and tap the itemβs β― button to open More Setup. 3. Tap Pricings Tier. The Pricing Tiers list opens. 4. Tap Add a Pricing. Enter: - Name β label for this tier (translations supported). - Amount β the tier price. For Weight items the amount is per kg. - Lookup Keys β which key activates this price. Use member_price for the standard member price. You can also type a new key (for example vip_price); it is stored for reuse. 5. Tap the green check to add the row, then tap the green check on Pricing Tiers to save. The success message is Pricing tiers saved successfully. 6. Repeat for combo items or modifiers that also need a member / VIP amount β each editor has the same Pricing Tiers fields. π‘ Tip: A tier only applies when Enable Price Tiers is on and the orderβs lookup key matches (attaching a member uses member_price). If no matching key exists on the item, the regular Price stays in use. π¬ Video Guide Watch Demo Video
Use a Barcode Scanner on the POS and in Product Setup
π¦ Use a Barcode Scanner on the POS and in Product Setup A hardware barcode scanner adds items on the POS and opens or starts products in product setup. π On the POS 1. Make sure a shift is open. Scanning with no shift shows There is no opening shift, please start the shift first and opens the shift dialog instead. 2. Scan the item's barcode, or type the code into the search box β search also runs an exact barcode match alongside the name search. 3. The scan prefers an in-stock match and adds it straight to the order. A sold-out match shows a Sold Out notice; no match at all shows No product found for {code}. π In product setup 1. Go to MANAGEMENT β Product β Item. 2. Scan a barcode: if a product already carries that code β even a delisted one β it opens for editing. If no product has that code, a new product starts with Barcode pre-filled. π‘ Tip: Turn on SETTINGS β General Settings β Product β Hide Barcoded Items to keep barcoded products off the POS grid β search and scanning still find them.
