Open a Table & Set Guest Count
πͺ Open a Table & Set Guest Count When customers arrive, open a table and set the party size in one smooth flow. πͺ Select & Open a Table 1. From the floor plan, tap an available table (empty tables are highlighted) 2. The table opens and you can start adding items π‘ Tip: Tables with active orders show a color indicator and total amount. π₯ Set Number of Guests (PAX) 1. With the table open, tap PAX or the guest count icon 2. Enter the number of guests 3. Table Groups / Areas
π½οΈ Table Groups / Areas Table groups are managed on the POS floor plan, not under Settings. π Steps 1. Open the POS table map 2. Use + to create a section / table group (or edit an existing one) 3. Add or assign tables to that section 4. Switch sections on the floor plan to navigate large layouts (e.g. Indoor, Outdoor, VIP) π‘ Tip: The app uses Section for floor areas. Merge Tables

Edit Order Items

Takeaway / Dine-in Toggle
π½οΈ Takeaway / Dine-in Toggle Takeaway is set per order line (or by table mode), not with a single whole-order toggle. Mark items as takeaway 1. Open the order on a table 2. Select the line item(s) 3. In the item editor (or bulk actions), enable Takeaway 4. Those lines are marked takeaway (is_take_out) Floor takeaway mode (new orders) 1. On the table map, use take-out / takeaway table mode when opening service 2. Edit the Floor Plan
πΊοΈ Edit the Floor Plan Rearrange, rename, or delete tables and sections on the POS floor plan after the first layout already exists. π Steps 1. On POS, tap the chevron at the bottom-right of the floor plan to expand the table toolbar 2. Tap the edit (pencil) button so it stays highlighted 3. Drag an empty table to a new square on the grid. Drag a section tab left or right to change tab order 4. To rename, tap the pencil circle on a section tab or an empty table, change Name, then tap Confirm 5. To delete, tap the toolbar delete (trash) button, tap the red delete circle on an empty table or section, then tap Confirm on Do you want to delete this table group ? 6. Tap the same toolbar button again to leave edit or delete mode before you open a table π‘ Tip: Occupied tables (with an open order) do not show edit or delete handles β settle or clear the table first. Configure Table Settings
βοΈ Configure Table Settings Set a tableβs price tier, call-number prefix, and printers, or turn off auto receipt print for a whole section. π Steps 1. On POS, expand the floor-plan toolbar and tap the edit (pencil) button 2. Tap the pencil circle on an empty table. For section-wide options, tap the pencil on a section tab instead 3. On a table, set Name, then assign Docket Printers, Receipt Printer, Check Printer, and QR Printer as needed (use Not Print on docket printers to skip them) 4. Under Price Tier, pick the price list this table should use, or clear the field for the default 5. Enter a Call Number Prefix (placeholder e.g. A) and optionally turn on Custom Order Number 6. On a section, turn on Disable Auto Print Receipt if this area should not auto-print receipts 7. Tap Confirm π‘ Tip: With Custom Order Number on, opening the table auto-prompts for a 3-digit number and shows the prefix as A-123. Price lists must already exist on products. Lock or Unlock a Table
π Lock or Unlock a Table Lock unused tables on the POS floor so cashiers cannot open them by mistake. π Steps 1. On POS, tap the chevron at the bottom-right of the floor plan to expand the table toolbar 2. Tap the lock button so it stays highlighted 3. On an empty table, tap the lock circle to lock it β the table turns grey and shows LOCKED 4. Tap the same circle again (refresh icon) to unlock 5. Tap the lock toolbar button again to leave lock mode, then open tables as usual π‘ Tip: A locked empty table cannot be opened β the POS shows Table is locked. A locked table that already has an order can still be entered. Lock handles appear only on empty tables. π¬ Video Guide Watch Demo Video
Reprint Kitchen Slips & Order Dockets
π¨οΈ Reprint Kitchen Slips & Order Dockets Reprint the last kitchen tickets or order dockets for the current table when a slip is lost or the kitchen asks again. π Steps 1. On POS, open the table 2. Tap Function 3. Tap Last Kitchen Slip to reprint the last kitchen tickets sent for this order 4. Tap Last Order Docket to reprint the last order docket 5. Tap Print Complete Order List to print the full current order as a docket (every item, not only the last send) π‘ Tip: Last Kitchen Slip stays greyed out unless kitchen printing is on (SETTINGS β Printer Settings β Kitchen Printers β Enable Printing) and the table has an order. Generate and Print a Table Order QR
π³ Generate and Print a Table Order QR Print a table QR so guests can scan and order on their phones. π Steps 1. Open the table on POS. 2. Tap Function, then Order QR-code. The button is disabled on a Pay At Counter invoice. 3. If Allow Order Flow Selection is on, the Order QR-Code dialog asks for Order Flow: choose Order & Pay Later or Pay to Order. Otherwise the store default is used. 4. If Allow Menu Selection is on, the Select Menu dialog asks you to pick a product menu. 5. The slip prints on the QR printer (this terminalβs QR printer, else the tableβs QR printer, else the default QR printer). 6. Hand the slip to the table. If you see Scan-to-order service is not configured. Please contact your administrator., the scan-to-order service, QR printer, or print template is missing. π‘ Tip: Staff need the QR Code permission. This button is not the SETTINGS β General Settings β Online Order setup screen. Order QR-code stays disabled on Pay-at-Counter tickets. π¬ Video Guide Watch Demo Video
Print a Guest Check and Reprint the Last Bill
π§Ύ Print a Guest Check and Reprint the Last Bill Print a pre-bill guest check or reprint the last receipt for a table, straight from the POS Function panel. π Print a guest check 1. Tap Function β Check to print a guest check to the check printer without changing the order's status. 2. Turn on Enable Quick Check Button (SETTINGS β POS β General Settings β Order) to add a one-tap Check button under Send on the order panel itself. 3. If no check printer is set up, POS shows "Check printer not configured". π Reprint the last bill 1. Tap Function β Last Bill to reprint the most recent receipt for the current table. Your role needs the Last Bill permission. π Preview before paying 1. Tap the small receipt icon at the top of the order panel (next to the pax and customer buttons) to switch the order list into a live receipt preview; tap it again to switch back. π‘ Tip: Function β Reprint, Add Customer and Change Payment on this same panel don't do anything yet. To reprint or edit an older, already-paid invoice, go to MANAGEMENT β Invoices β More instead.
